Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• Czech Republic and domestic orders: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and carrier

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
